Gregory Feldman

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

With over three decades of experience in operations, sales, and marketing, Three Wire CEO Greg Feldman drives strategic initiatives with an evolving technology landscape and customer mission set, while building superior corporate culture with an empowered, engaged employee base.

Greg has spent the past 17 years in government contracting, joining Three Wire in 2012. He began his career in technology, telecom, and commercial markets within organizations such as Cisco Systems, BEA Systems, Bell Atlantic, and Sprint. 

Greg received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he currently serves on the Board of Visitors at the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. He is a member of YPO Gold, a worldwide organization of CEOs and Presidents. In addition, he serves as a student athlete mentor for The Best is Ahead Foundation (TBIAF) - a private foundation focused on building career ambitions of student athletes.

 

Bill Ogletree

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Bill leads Three Wire’s administrative and financial operations as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bill has served Three Wire since 2015 and brings a rich depth and breadth of executive experience, including collaborating with CEOs to build value, strategic planning, financial and risk management, banking relationships, DCAA audit and compliance, contracts administration, budgeting, and lease negotiations.

 Bill received his Bachelor of Science from George Mason University with a concentration in Accounting, going on to complete his MBA from Mary Mount University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, he has served the disability community for over 25 years, creating jobs for people with disabilities and volunteering with sport programs, including his participation on the Board of Special Olympics in Northern VA where he served as Chairman for 5 years. Bill currently serves on the Board of Source America as Vice Chair.

 

Jennifer Christman

PRESIDENT, MYADVISOR

Jennifer has more than 15 years of implementing and directing military and veteran programs which improve access to services in the areas of wellness, behavioral health, financial and career transition. Jennifer has served as an executive with Three Wire for the past ten years and is nationally recognized for her work in mental health care, specifically in rural populations with veterans and active duty military members. Currently, she is a board member for over fifteen national committees, including the Yellow Ribbon Fund, the PA State Board for Vocational Rehabilitation, and the National Association for Rural Mental Health (NARMH).

 

James Ebeler

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

James brings over two decades of experience developing both strategy and technology for go-to-market and branded solutions across the Department of Defense (DoD), including posturing IT Solutions to deliver successful client outcomes. James positions IT solutions based on Hybrid Cloud, Managed Services, and Cross Domain solutions across Applications, Networking, Collaboration, Edge Computing, Mobility, and Cyber Security. He also brings expertise in the areas Zero Trust Architecture, System Integrators, IT Enterprise as a Service, and overall technology roadmaps focused on pursuing programs within the DoD.

 

Mike Steele

DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES

Mike brings over 15 years of progressive experience achieving business goals through HR leadership in both domestic and international organizations. He leads and manages all aspects of human resources to enable and empower an organization to rely on HR as a business partner. Mike has expertise and skills in strategic HR planning, engagement surveys, performance management, coaching, full-cycle talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, training, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, employment law, compensation, benefits, relocation, and payroll.
