Who is Three Wire? Who is MyAdvisor?
Founded in 2006, by service-disabled Navy Veteran Dan Frank, our heritage is coupled to naval aviation and the challenges associated with landing on an aircraft carrier. Naval Aviators target wire three on a carrier deck. The first wire is too dangerous and close to the edge of the deck, the second and fourth wires are acceptable, but the perfect landing is marked by catching wire three.
Catching this wire is a combination of experience, knowledge, skill, and insight – all qualities instilled into our company for the past 15 years. Just like a perfect landing, our company provides the right insights, for the right outcomes.
Through MyAdvisor work never stops - 24/7/365 to protect, connect, and secure our Veteran population through technology and tele-behavioral health. Our mission has always been simple: to serve our nation’s Veterans by providing care coordination where it matters most. We have now expanded that mission to serve the broader community.
Our services are provided to the most rural and underserved areas of our country by the power of Three Wire technology. Our technology and digital service divisions support every branch of the military by providing cybersecurity, automation, and web platform support to military families across the globe.
Three Wire is the leader in innovative and efficient technology solutions for government agencies and large enterprise corporations. Our foundation has been built upon solid program management and process improvement principles. With those principles in mind, we design solutions to support your business goals and deliver superior results in a cost-efficient manner.

Do I need a security clearance?
No, not all of the job openings require a security clearance. Each job posting will clearly state if a security clearance is required and at what level.
How do I obtain a clearance?
A security clearance is an approval by the United States government that an individual filling a specific position is eligible to have access to classified information. In order to obtain a security clearance, applicants must go through an application process that varies based on the level of security clearance and which government agency is issuing the clearance.
Do I need to be a U.S. Citizen?
Yes, Three Wire and MyAdvisor do not currently sponsor individuals to work and we do require a US citizenship status.
What is the process after I applied?
Once you've applied to a job posting, you should receive an automated email confirming that your application has been received. If selected to move forward, you may also receive a phone call , or email from our recruiting team regarding the next steps. This can take up to 2 weeks.
When will I hear back?
From the time you submit your application we send emails confirming your application and instructions for next steps along the way. We also recommend checking your Spam folder daily, as some of our emails may be caught in your spam box.

What is considered WFH or Hybrid?
Three Wire and MyAdvisor implement a work from home model of business. After completing specified training periods, which will be made clear to you during the interview process, you will be permitted to 100% work from home accommodations. This is subject to change based on the contract you may work on.
Will you pay to relocate me?
As our team is 100% work from home, relocation fees are not at typical offering. Relocation benefits are role-specific and may be listed in the job posting.
