The Advisor Outcomes Platform

The Advisor Outcomes Platform (AOP) is proactive, client-centric, evidence-based, and private and secure. Working together, the coach and client identify specific problems related to the stresses of hazardous duty and develop a personal plan that creates goals and timelines to address and resolve these problems.

The AOP not only provides continuity across our communications platform but also guarantees that any available coach can work with any client, any time. Our AOP integrates statistics and biometric feedback, client inputs, and data from real-time coaching sessions, allowing us to produce proprietary evidence-based workflows.

MyAdvisor coaches provide an integrated, holistic approach to life success needs.

Our coaching services employ a collaborative process between participants and their personal coach to support the identification of specific barriers to success within five key areas:

  • Career Guidance – Career coaching in areas such as service member skills translation, defining differences between military and corporate structures and improving employee performance within the workplace.
  • Well-Being – Includes non-clinical supportive services related to wellness such as sleep management, improving levels of fitness, body weight management, medication adherence and smoking cessation.
  • Life Adjustment– Non-clinical advocacy, support, and education in areas to include improving coping skills, stress management, healthy relationships, effective communication and emotional and self-management.
  • Financial Guidance – Includes navigational and supportive services in recognizing debt management, awareness of predatory lending practices, budgeting and support in addressing insurance issues (Tricare, SGLI), and both Montgomery and Post 9/11 GI bill procedures.
  • Care Coordination – Identify, coordinate and provide a warm hand-off to internal and external retired uniformed service personnel support resources (e.g., EAP, behavioral health, VA, community-based projects, VA benefits).

Service

Case Management

Our case management development division is a highly skilled, cross-functional team with extensive experience in large scale (500,000+ user), enterprise-level applications. We develop “products with a purpose” and currently support case management applications custom-built for Department of Defense (DoD) Family Programs serving service members, veterans, and their families.

We employ an Agile software development lifecycle methodology with the iterative development of functioning software delivered or demoed to clients and users in as short as two-week intervals. These “sprints” ensure that development and functionality is constantly reviewed by stakeholders, allowing for changes and tweaks as users are shown the functioning software.

We base our case management platform on Open Source Software (OSS), which provides scalable, pre-vetted frameworks for little to no cost. Unlike commercial or custom-built proprietary software, open source applications are reviewed and updated by a community of developers. This allows for hundreds if not thousands of reviewers, instead of the one team or one company provided by commercial licensed solutions. We are dedicated to providing working, scalable, continuously functioning, up-to-date and secure software at reduced cost.

Cloud hosting provides improved performance, simpler troubleshooting and a lower cost than physical hosting. It also allows for applications to be portable and transferable, as needed. We are currently in the process of migrating applications from legacy technologies to OSS solutions and will be one of the first to take OSS enterprise software to DoD secure space, including cloud hosting, with DIACAP and Risk Management Framework (RMF) certification.
