Three Wire Systems, LLC (Three Wire) is pleased to announce that Kitty Nix has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development (effective February 1, 2016) and Phil De-Bodene has joined as Senior Vice President of Business Development (effective May 18, 2016). Both Nix and De-Bodene bring distinguished records of executive leadership to the task of developing and executing on Three Wire’s long-term strategic business development goals of increasing their corporate footprint in the government consulting marketplace. They will identify, develop, and grow new markets for Three Wires’ innovative and agile service offerings while committing to the company’s goal of reducing wasteful spend in the Federal Government and adhering to Three Wire’s core values of integrity, accountability, and superior customer service.
Kitty Nix is a senior leader with more than 19 years of experience in consulting, business development and capture, organizational development and human capital management, program management, best practice processes, and program implementation. Throughout her career she has implemented strategic, operational and organizational enhancements that include strategic planning, business process improvement, communications, training, and system implementation within the organization as well as for multiple government, non-profit and commercial clients. Prior to joining Three Wire, Nix was a Director at Serco North America.
Phil De-Bodene brings to Three Wire more than 25 years of senior strategic leadership experience including business process reengineering, personnel and performance management, and program development and implementation. Strategically focused with exceptional leadership skills, De-Bodene is effective at building high-performance teams and leading change and continuous process improvement in the competitive business world. Prior to joining Three Wire, Phil was Vice President, Business Development, at CALIBRE Systems, a Forbes top 25 places to work in the medium size Government contracting category. At CALIBRE, Phil was responsible for several large IDIQ contract vehicles along with developing and successfully implementing CALIBRE’s largest ever contract award, supporting the Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA) Vow to Hire Heroes Act/Veterans Employment Initiative (VOW/VEI) Transition Assistance Program.
