Three Wire VP Receives DoD Patriot Award

Ebensburg, PA – It’s one thing to support those who serve our country, but it takes something special to receive an award for leadership and personnel policies that go above and beyond what’s required by law. Jennifer Roseman-Farabaugh, Three Wire’s Vice President of VetAdvisor® Services, was recognized on May 20 for just such leadership, receiving Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve’s Patriot Award for exceptional support.

The Department of Defense’s Patriot Award was presented by Harry J. Zeznanski, CSM (ret), Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve representative. Farabaugh was nominated by fellow employee SSG Josh Capouellez, a member of the PA Army National Guard who has been deployed to Iraq. The award is presented to an individual supervisor or employer who demonstrates support for service in the National Guard and Reserve, publicly acknowledges the contributions of Reserve component employees to our nation’s defense, supports Guard and Reserve employees beyond requirements, and supports Guard and Reserve employee families during mobilizations.

“Jennifer and Three Wire as a whole goes out of their way to see that service members and Veterans are recognized for their contributions,” says Zeznanski. “They go out of their way to make all service members feel welcome home through their support of Miracle on the Mountain and the Warrior Games. In particular, Three Wire makes certain that its active service employees get everything they need before, during, and after deployment.”

“I’m honored and humbled to receive this recognition,” Farabaugh states. “I’m proud of the way everyone at Three Wire works to make life easier for both those actively serving and our Veterans.”
