As part of AAS criteria, VetAdvisor is recognized as providing outstanding service in the face of extraordinary circumstances. With 24/7/365 response time, VetAdvisor care coordinators are available to assess, triage, and support all crisis calls with accredited crises training and crisis protocol systems in place. VetAdvisor is among a short list of 113 AAS accredited organizations, with only two others in the state of Pennsylvania.
