Three Wire provides comprehensive behavioral health services to US government agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs. These behavioral health care services address stress, anxiety, and other issues related to serving in combat using agency specific approved screening protocols for both military and civilian personnel.

For example, Three Wire is the prime contractor to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the VetAdvisor® Support Program. This program has been introduced to support VISN 12 OIF/OEF veterans.

The VetAdvisor® Support Program is a highly focused and personalized outreach service designed to support OEF/OIF veterans in their reintegration to civilian life. This outreach program is sponsored by the Department of Veteran Affairs (VISN 12). It includes a telephonic screening of combat veterans for common health conditions resulting from deployment as well as extended Care Coaching using both telephonic and virtual collaboration models.

The screenings are conducted by licensed clinicians and are designed to assist the veteran in obtaining multifaceted VA health care. Additionally, veterans may consent to enroll in a follow-up program with a Three Wire Care Coach.

Care Coaching is designed to support veterans in accomplishing their goals for productive reintegration into their civilian lives, including access to vital VA resources. Telephonic or virtual Care Coaching is especially attractive for veterans who do not live near a VA treatment facility or unable to come into a VA facility due to their busy lifestyle.

Telephonic Care Coaching is conducted over the telephone with sessions scheduled at the veteran’s convenience.

VetAdvisor® Virtual Room Care Coaching

The VetAdvisor® Virtual Room was designed and engineered as a new platform, offering an alternative to more traditional venues such as face-to-face and telephonic behavioral healthcare support. The Virtual Room is an online 3-D computer work space with interactive tools and resources that allow veterans and Care Coaches to explore ideas, resolve issues, track progress, and assist with achieving goals.
