Three Wire Systems is a pioneer in the mobile application and mobile device management (MDM) market. Just after the company was founded in 2006, we forged a partnership with BMC to provide its Remedy software suite to the federal government. We quickly recognized the proliferation of BlackBerry devices within government agencies offered the perfect platform to host a mobile application to manage trouble tickets, asset records, service requests, and changes from anywhere, at any time. To fill this need, we established a relationship with Aeroprise (acquired by BMC in 2007) to provide its software on our GSA Schedule 70 and SEWP IV contract.
We next turned our sights toward developing a partnership with Rove for Mobile Admin products. Initially, Rove was a fairly simple application for detecting and administering Windows-based servers, and it was limited to Blackberry smartphone users. During 2007, Rove continued to focus its efforts on developing its Mobile Admin strategy. By 2009, it could support a large range of capabilities to help IT administrators and system administrators resolve incidents faster, reduce network downtime, and maximize IT efficiencies.
With the advent of the iPad in April 2010, Zenprise extended its MDM capabilities to iOS and Android operating systems, and we began to support these platforms. In early 2011, Three Wire recognized the need to extend our service delivery capabilities and established a partnership with the Efiia Group, an enterprise mobile strategy consulting firm. As mobile apps proliferated, driving critical processes, we combed the market for a leader in enterprise mobile application management solutions. In September 2011, we announced our partnership with App47, which develops enterprise-grade tools and processes to measure and manage the performance and availability of mobile apps. We’ve recently partnered with Bitzer Mobile to bring mobile container solutions to federal agencies to ensure agency data is securely contained on personally-enabled devices.
As technology and IT commodity products and the marketplace grew, Three Wire was at the leading edge, ensuring customers could visualize how this growth would positively impact their business and mission delivery while still providing a clear milestone path to achieve needed solutions when their particular environments were ready. Our ability to achieve results is a combination of strong partner relationships, our management structure and processes, and the solid performance of our key personnel. These elements comprise a soundly built, proven, robust infrastructure that enables Three Wire to deliver the innovative solutions we take such pride in creating.
