Three Wire Systems, LLC Extends Contract with the Federal Labor Relations Authority

Falls Church, VA (June 1, 2022) – The U.S. Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) has authorized an extension of work to Three Wire Systems (Three Wire) through March 2023, with four option years until March 2027, to continue supporting and expanding existing IT systems.

FLRA strategic goals prioritize developing more user-friendly electronic case-management system by integrating three systems: document management, eFiling, and case management, to fully implement electronic case file capability throughout the Agency. Additionally, FLRA project objectives support the goals of increasing the number of cases filed electronically, improving the user experience across applications, and removing the technical constraints produced by the previous eFiling website and applications.  

Three Wire will continue to support FLRA with resources to assist in hosting web applications, providing cyber security support, maintaining and enhancing current live applications, eFiling & Authority’s Case Management System, supporting user feedback and resolving issues on the sites. This will work concurrently with the goal of continuing to develop and migrate data to launch case management systems for the other FLRA components.
