Send a DVD to Sea

DVDs sent to sea: nearly 2,000

About Us

The Send a DVD to Sea organization was formed to collect used and new DVD movies for distribution to military members deployed to US Navy aircraft carriers.

Combat cruises are normally six months in length, but given the unpredictability of world events a cruise can be extended for a significant amount of time. Life onboard an aircraft carrier can be rather tedious and there is a significant amount of stress.

Your donation of DVDs will positively impact the quality of life of the sailors and officers who are defending our country.

Send a DVD to Sea works with companies, schools, and individuals to collect and send DVDs to our deployed aircraft carriers. Here is how it works:

  • Send an email to info@threewiresys.com and let us know you have an interest in participating in the program.
  • We will call you to schedule a drop-off of our DVD collection bin. We will leave this at your facility for up to two weeks. We will then return to pick-up the DVDs.
  • We will then send your DVDs to the ship.
