Dave Farling, Senior Vice-President, Sales
With over 20 years of government IT sales experience, Dave knows the federal marketplace. Before joining Three Wire he was the Director of DoD and Intelligence Sales at Intelligent Decisions. He also spent a decade with NetApp. Dave lives in Fairfax, VA with his family. A former rugby player, Dave is at present a burgeoning triathlete.
Mike Fabling, Vice-President, IT Solutions
Since relocating from New Zealand almost 20 years ago, Mike has specialized in IT solutions for the federal marketplace. From managing a diverse sales force to implementing marketing strategies to developing key federal relationships, Mike has excelled in all areas of IT product sales and development. He lives near Warrenton, Virginia with his wife and lots of animals.

When Jennifer joined Three Wire in 2008 as the VetAdvisor® Program Manager she brought with her years of experience as an advocate – for victims of sexual abuse and for returning service members. In addition to implementing and directing Three Wire’s proactive veteran outreach programs, Jennifer is a certified Peer Support Specialist Supervisor with expertise in recovery-based mental health initiatives. She lives with her family in Ebensburg, PA.
Paul Handly, Chief Technology Officer
Its Paul’s job to identify innovative technology and figure out ways we can use it to do our jobs better. Paul has spent 20 years innovating solutions for civilian government, defense and hi-tech startups in mobile, geospatial and data driven web applications. Paul is recognized as a thought leader in the use of CRM and continuous monitoring technologies to provide better care for Veterans. Paul lives in Falls Church, VA
Jeff Hopkins, Senior Director of Programs and Contracts Management
Jeff has spent over 15 years managing multi-billion dollar IT contracts, services, and sales projects, primarily in the federal market. As the Director of PMOs and GWACs at Intelligent Decisions, Jeff was responsible for overall program performance and support for all IDIQ, BPA and GWAC contracts. He provided direct sales, operations and contract support for multiple contracts while managing a multi-tiered staff of Program Managers and Analysts, directly managing the SEWPIV, ECSIII and GSA, FAA, Air Force QEB, NASA Oracle ELA contracts.
Jessica Anderson, Director of Professional Services
Jessica is responsible for growing and managing Three Wire’s IT Professional Services business. Before joining Three Wire Jessica was at Merlin International, where she filled roles such as Proposal Manager, Capture Manager, and Project Manager; she established and trained staff in processes for full bidding life-cycle management of bidding and services management. Jessica has also worked at several start-ups within the private aviation industry where she held roles such as product/program manager, staff accountant, and operations manager.
