Mike Fabling, Vice-President, IT Solutions

Since relocating from New Zealand almost 20 years ago, Mike has specialized in IT solutions for the federal marketplace. From managing a diverse sales force to implementing marketing strategies to developing key federal relationships, Mike has excelled in all areas of IT product sales and development. He lives near Warrenton, Virginia with his wife and lots of animals.

When Jennifer joined Three Wire in 2008 as the VetAdvisor® Program Manager she brought with her years of experience as an advocate – for victims of sexual abuse and for returning service members. In addition to implementing and directing Three Wire’s proactive veteran outreach programs, Jennifer is a certified Peer Support Specialist Supervisor with expertise in recovery-based mental health initiatives. She lives with her family in Ebensburg, PA.

Paul Handly, Chief Technology Officer

Paul comes to Three Wire with more than 20 years industry experience delivering quality services and solutions to federal government, not for profit and commercial customers. Paul started his career in the US National Park Service (NPS) as a GIS specialist and Park Ranger. During his time at NPS Paul developed the agency’s public facing content management system (www.nps.gov), designed and developed the agency project portfolio management system called PMIS, and was the lead developer for the Recreation.gov website that was awarded the prestigious Hammer Award. Paul co-founded Eventcentric in 2000 to develop the first mobile application for trade-shows and corporate meetings.

Troy Van Scoyoc, Chief Operating Officer

Before joining Three Wire, Troy was the Chief Operating Officer/Acting Director for the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, where he successfully guided the congressionally mandated  DVBIC –Johnstown Assisted Living Pilot Program through the start up phase, Department of Public Welfare licensure, and full 3-year CARF accreditation.  Prior to his time with DVBIC, Troy spent 10 years in hospital administration, first as Pulmonary Director and COO with Select Specialty Corp. and then as Director for Memorial Medical Center’s (Johnstown, PA) Pulmonary and Sleep Disorder Departments. Currently, Troy is in the final stages of completing his MBA from St Francis University and his certification in Government Contract Management from Villanova University.  He lives in the greater Johnstown, PA area with his wife, daughter, and son.

 

Vocational Rehabilitation, Career, and Clinical Team

 

Patricia Sauka, LSW, LCSW, Lead Career Coach

Over the course of a decade as a school social worker, Patty was a tireless advocate for at-risk students and their families, and she brings that as well as experience as an individual and group counselor to her work at Three Wire on behalf of Veterans. Patty lives in Ebensburg with her husband Mark and their two children.

Regina Wolford, Vocational Rehabilitation and Case Management Specialist

An educator and lecturer in Vocational Rehab and Case Management Theory, Regina brings over 25 years’ experience as a Disability Case Manager, Rehabilitation Counselor / Vocational Expert to her work for Three Wire. She previously worked as a Vocational Guidance Counselor for the Department of Corrections in Indiana and Huntington, PA.   Although Regina lives with her children in Ebensburg, PA, her hometown is in southern California where her 90 year-old father, a retired Air Force Colonel, and her three sisters reside.

Danielle L. Wolfe, MA, NCC, Veteran Employment and Career Specialist

With over a decade of experience as a public school art teacher, graphic designer, writer, and editor, as well as competencies in diagnosis, ethics, theory and lifespan with a special emphasis in career counseling, Danielle has designed and lead career workshops on choosing a career, resume writing, graduate school applications, internship and job searching, professional etiquette, and job correspondence. She is also an art therapist. Danielle creates original works of art in her free time, and her three rescue dogs help her as she practices meditation and mindfulness, all of which she incorporates into her teaching and wellness counseling activities.
